At first, I thought it would be difficult. I had no idea what to expect from training online with FitBizWomen. I am extremely busy and travel quite often. Now I can focus more on my routines with less intimidation from the gym. I just love the fact that I can be on vacation or anywhere and still exercise. My results are consistent.
